Objectives:
To educate, and train Scholars well versed in the various branches of Shari'ah and law.
To produce graduates who with continuous studies and research could bring about change in legal education and the legal profession by improving the system and providing a strong Shari'ah base.
To provide intellectual base and guidance in the process of Islamization of Laws and Institutions in Pakistan as well as Muslim world.
To develop solutions to problems arising out of the process of Islamization.
To contribute and assist in the implementation of Shari'ah and replacing the existing secular system.
